1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the NST platform you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Passenger accounts are restricted to authorised BCG personnel using their @bcg.com email. Driver and dispatcher accounts are created by an administrator after appropriate background and licensing checks.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not share your account credentials.
• Use the platform for legitimate work-related transport only.
• Drivers must follow local traffic laws and maintain the safety of their passengers.

4. Billing

Trips are billed against the BCG case code attached at booking. Invoices are generated and issued by an authorised BCG administrator. Once issued, an invoice is immutable.

5. Liability

The platform provides matching and operational tools only. Drivers are independent contractors of the operator (Noor Shail Transportation Est.). NST is not liable for incidents during a ride beyond what is expressly covered in the operator's insurance.

6. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violation of these terms or BCG policy. Trip history and audit logs are retained for [X] years for compliance purposes.
