What we collect

Account information — name, email, phone number, role (passenger, driver, dispatcher, BCG admin).
Trip data — pickup and drop-off addresses, GPS coordinates while a ride is active, timestamps for each step of the journey, BCG case codes you attach to trips, optional notes for the driver.
Driver data — vehicle make, model, plate, license number, current location while on duty, ratings and reviews received.
Operational data — sign-in events, audit logs of admin actions, invoices issued.

How we use it

To match passengers with drivers and complete trips.
To bill case codes to BCG and generate invoices.
To investigate complaints, no-shows, and exceptions.
To improve service quality (anonymized aggregates).

Where it's stored

Data is stored in encrypted databases hosted by our cloud provider in a region selected for data-residency compliance. Backups are retained for [X] days and are encrypted at rest.
